Sizes
All shirt sizes are in inches. If you are used to centremeters just multiply the dimension by 2.54 

Measure Fit
To measure your chest size get tape measure and measure centre of right armpit to the centre of your chest and do the same for your left side and then add the two measurements to get your total chest size. If you dont have a tape measure use a piece of string and then measure the length against a ruler.
